The Process 

During our one-on-one meetings, we address the following:

1.  Goal Identification - We will determine what it is you really want or feel you need in order to be fulfilled professionally.  What are your targets for this month, this year, and in five years?  We'll identify whether any of your goals are in conflict with other goals, and determine if your goals are in line with the needs of your business.  Is success something you want, or is it truly something you must have - is your success negotiable?  What is the minimum level of achievement in your life that will still provide you with a feeling of satisfaction?  How far is this from your current goals?  This process will help you put your focus and energy where it will best serve you.

2.  Create a Strategic Plan - We will outline very specifically the planned action steps you need to take in order to reach your goals.  Every day, every minute, every thing you do and every thought you have moves you closer to or farther away from your goals.  We break down the strategic plan into monthly, weekly and daily activities.  Momentum is energy, and energy is power.  Power is a great tool, but you also want to have steady aim behind it.  We'll make sure that the things you're doing on a daily basis propel you in the right direction. 

3.  Uncover/Remove Barriers - We will identify what drives you to achieve your goals and determine your underlying motivations.   We will examine promoting and limiting beliefs by applying the pleasure/pain principal to better understand your motivations.   During this step we uncover any barriers that may have kept you from achieving your goals in the past, and create new a belief system that will generate and sustain the drive you need to accomplish your goals. 

5. Understand your Personality Type - Myers/Briggs and Keirsey Temperament Profiling.  Through personality profiling we evaluate what drives you individually.  Each of us carries a different idea of what our "purpose" is, our meaning, and why we strive to achieve.   We'll identify the source of your self-esteem and how we can tap into this to create the momentum needed to reach goals and provide lasting fulfillment.  We will uncover aspects of your personality that may push you closer to your goals, and what parts of your personality create challenges.

6.  Using Personality Profiling - To know ourselves is the first step towards ultimate success, but we can't stop there.  Applying that knowledge to your interactions with others will have a significant impact on whether or not that relationship - business or personal - has a successful outcome.  During this session you will learn about other personalities, how to identify them, their similarities and differences to your own, and how to best communicate with them to maximize the knowledge exchange and create win/win attitudes. 

7.  Selecting Mentors - Once successful habits are in place, we need to identify and surround ourselves with positive reinforcement and encouragement.  This includes selecting a mentor or leadership group as a means of continually improving skills and supporting positive growth.  Who better to learn from than someone who has been in the trenches and can understand the difficulties inherent in striving to the top.  The successful path is not always easy - challenges and resistance will appear, and it is valuable to obtain advice you can trust from an individual or team that is committed to helping you achieve your goals.
